Vehicle Bid Spec Sheet

Platte County School District #1, Wheatland, Wyoming, is accepting requests for bids for (1) one Special Education vehicle. The proposal price shall exclude sales tax. The specifications of the vehicle are in the link below. Bids will be accepted until 10:00 a.m., Thursday, July 29, 2021. At which time they will be opened. All bids will be taken under consideration at the regular school board meeting on August 16, 2021. Sealed proposals shall be marked, “Special Education Vehicle” and delivered or mailed to the Central Business Office at: 1350 Oak Street Wheatland, WY 82201 Platte County School District #1 reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bid process. Platte County School District #1 does not bind itself to accept the lowest bid price, but rather the bid it deems in the best interest of the school district.

Summer Food Program Feeds Kids For Free!

PCSD#1 will be providing free meals to children this summer. Meals will be available starting June 2, 2021 at the Wheatland Middle School on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:30 am - 9:30 am. There are no income requirements or registration. Any child under the age of 18 may come to eat. For more information, please contact Marie Allison at marie.allison@platte1.org or 322-3175. Food 4 Weekends SUMMER Enrollment

Food 4 Weekends will be distributing food bags during the summer break beginning Friday, June 4th. You must enroll for the summer by contacting your student's school secretary or district secretary, Heather Jones at 322-3175. Bags MUST BE PICKED UP each Friday between the hours of 8:30 am and 9:30 am at the Wheatland Middle School parking lot. If you have questions, please contact Heather Jones or Shelley Marker at 331-0947, or Mary Evans at 331-8449.

2021-2022 LIBBEY Kindergarten Registration

Kindergarten Registration for the upcoming 2021-2022 school year will be completed online this year. The registration window will be open from April 1-April 23rd.

Children must be 5 years old on or before September 15, 2021 to be admitted to Kindergarten. Please contact the Platte County School District Registrar’s Office at 322-3175 Ext. 5053 to begin this process.
