Mrs. Freeman’s Algebra Classroom Receives Manipulatives Tiles

#onePlatte1 is proud to announce the Micro-Grant process throughout the district. We have received some generous financial contributions from some local businesses and we put together a little grant package for teachers and staff to apply for. The following information is from Mrs. Freeman’s Classroom and the benefits that she has received from these donations.

Algebra tiles help students make connections between concrete and abstract ideas in math. It's so much fun to move the magnetic ones around on the board and the smaller tiles are perfect for table work.  A huge "thank you" to our community donors for making these available to us.  Your investment in student success is very appreciated.
