Mrs. Lucas’ Micro-Grant for New Learning Centers

#onePlatte1 is proud to announce the Micro-Grant process throughout the district. We have received some generous financial contributions from some local businesses and we put together a little grant package for teachers and staff to apply for. The following information is from Mrs. Lucas’ First Grade Classroom and the benefits that she has received from these donations.

Mrs. Lucas’s first-grade class would like to thank the donors for the Micro-Grant we received for the classroom!  This grant allowed every student in this class to receive their very own child-sized headphone. It is being used with technology in the class to enhance reading and math skills for each individual student!  Thanks again to all our donors!
