At the regular school board meeting on Monday, June 17, Brice McIntosh was recognized as the 2018-19 Teacher of the Year.  Mr. McIntosh is the Wheatland High School Voc Ag Instructor.  One nominator shared “His students are willing to put in countless hours of effort, studying on their own and teaching themselves.  Most importantly, after this dedication and work, the students have the expectation that they will be the best in the state of Wyoming.  Brice is a unique teacher who gives his students the tools they will need to succeed in life, no matter what path they take after high school”.  Another nominator shared “Mr. McIntosh is a champion for students, WHS, and the community”.  The Wyoming Department of Education will now strongly consider Brice for the state teacher of the year.  We celebrate with Brice and the difference he has made in so many lives!
