🎉 Libbey Elementary's New Playground is Complete! 🎉

The new playground equipment, sod, playground surfacing, and borders have all been installed and will be ready to welcome our K–2 students on the first day of school, August 19, 2026!

Platte County School District #1 would like to extend a heartfelt "Thank You!" to the Libbey PTO and the many community members, families, businesses, and donors whose generosity made this project possible. Your support has created a fun, safe, and exciting place for our youngest learners to play, explore, and make lasting memories.
