WHS Teacher Recognized as Outstanding Science Teacher of the Year

On Monday, October 15th, at the Wyoming Math and Science Teachers conference at Casper College, Wheatland High School Biology Teacher Mr. Jerimy Fox was recognized as the Outstanding Science Teacher of the Year by the Wyoming Science Teachers Association. Mr. Fox has had a significant impact on his students and many have chosen Biology and Health Science college and career paths due to the experience they have with Mr. Fox. Mr Fox was nominated by a parent that stated “Mr. Fox creates positive relationships with students and inspires curiosity and an excitement about learning.”

Miken Harnish, Wyoming Science Teacher Association Board Member, presented the award.
